Booking Policy

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your seat.

• Bookings are non-transferable.

• Limited seats available, confirmed on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Cancellation Policy

• ? Cancellation less than 48 hours before departure → No Refund.

• ? Cancellation 4 days – 48 hours before departure → 50% Refund.

• ? In case The Queen’s Trips cancels the trip → 100% Refund.

General Terms

• Travelers must carry valid ID proof during the trip.

• Organizers are not responsible for loss/theft of personal belongings.

• Any additional expenses due to natural calamities, strikes, or delays will be borne by participants.

• The trip schedule may be modified by organizers for safety/comfort reasons.

• Respectful and safe conduct is expected from all travelers — zero tolerance for misbehavior.

Liability

• The Queen’s Trips ensures maximum safety but is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

• All travelers are expected to follow the instructions of the trip captain and coordinators.
